Santa Barbara Vegetable Baste

  • 1/2 cup of prepared Pesto
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of Balsamic vinegar
  • fresh ground pepper to taste (optional)


Mix all ingredients together and then baste onto fresh vegetables when grilling on the barbecue.

Note:
You may want to adjust the proportion of the ingredients to suit your taste.
