Michael's Orange-Thyme Marinade for Grilled Chicken

  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Canola oil
  • 8 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp. freshly grated orange peel
  • 8 tsp. dried Thyme leaves


In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients.

Set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture to use as a baste during the bar-b-quing process. Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and allow at least an hour to marinate before grilling.
