Dani's Ginger Dressing

  • 2 oz. ginger root
  • 1 medium onion cut in 1/4
  • 3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1-3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1-3/4 cup water


Soak ginger for a few hours, then remove outer skin. Divide ingredients in half and process each half in food processor or blender until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled. Make a fantastic dressing for salads or marinate for bar-b-ques.
