- 2 oz. ginger root
- 1 medium onion cut in 1/4
- 3 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1-3/4 cup soy sauce

- 1-1/2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/4 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1-3/4 cup water
|
Soak ginger for a few hours, then remove outer skin. Divide ingredients in half and process each half in food processor or blender until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled. Make a fantastic dressing for salads or marinate for bar-b-ques.
