- 1 pkg. of extra wide egg noodles
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 sweet pickles (or dill), chopped

- 1 large pkg. imitation crab, rinsed & broken into chunks
- 1 cup mayonaise (or whatever it takes)
- 1 can of sliced black olives
- salt & pepper to taste

Boil egg noodles in salted water, until done; then rinse in cold water. Mix all the ingredients together. This salad needs to set in the refrigerator over night for the best results. Serve cold
