Janice's Crab Salad

  • 1 pkg. of extra wide egg noodles
  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 sweet pickles (or dill), chopped
  • 1 large pkg. imitation crab, rinsed & broken into chunks
  • 1 cup mayonaise (or whatever it takes)
  • 1 can of sliced black olives
  • salt & pepper to taste


Boil egg noodles in salted water, until done; then rinse in cold water. Mix all the ingredients together. This salad needs to set in the refrigerator over night for the best results. Serve cold
