- 3 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes, dry
- 3 eggs

- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Progresso bread crumbs
- 8-12 oz. water
- salt & pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients with your hands. Roll into 3” balls and place in a 9 x 12” cake pan rather close together. Bake at 400° for approximately 30-40 minutes, or till done. Turn ever so often to brown evenly. When they’re done baking, drop them gently into Vi’s Italian Gravey and simmer.
Oven Temp.: 400°
Bake Time: 30-40 min.
Amount: 25-30 meat balls
