Lemon Jello Cake

  • 1 box of Lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 small pkg. Lemon jello
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 large Lemons - juice


Mix first 5 ingredients and beat for 5 minutes. Bake according to cake mix directions (approximately 40 minutes in oblong pan). While still hot, pierce all over with fork and spread mixture of 2 cups powdered sugar and juice from 2 large lemons all over the cake.

Temp: 350° or as directed
Bake Time: 40 min.
