Dani's Chocolate Bundt Cake

  • 1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small carton of sour cream
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3/4 cup Crisco oil
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar (optional)


Pre-heat oven to 350°. Mix together all the ingredients by hand (except the chips). Then mix with a mixer for 4 minutes. Stir in chips and pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. After cake has slightly cooled, turn out of Bundt pan to finish cooling. When completely cooled, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar (optional).

Temp: 350°
Bake Time: 50-60 min.
