- 1-1/2 lb. yellow Longhorn cheese (grated)
- 1/2 lb. white Jack cheese (grated)
- 1 large can chiles

- 1 large can Pet milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1 small can tomato sauce
|
Layer chiles and yellow cheese in large casserole dish, ending with cheese. Beat eggs, milk and flour; pour this mixture over chiles and cheese. Bake in oven 400° for 30 minutes. Put tomato sauce and jack cheese on top of casserole. Cook in oven 350° for 30 more minutes. When done, let stand for 5 minutes or so before serving.
Temp: 350°
Bake Time: 30 minutes
