Troy's Awesome Olive Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 7 oz jar pimiento stuffed green olives, coarsely chopped
  • juice from green olives


Mix the softened cream cheese, with the chopped green olives and olive juice. Place in a serving bowl [covered with plastic wrap] and refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes, until dip firms up a little.

Serve with your choice of chips or crackers. YUM . . . Very delicious!
