- 2 cans whole peeled tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 bunch cilantro, cleaned
- 1 bunch green onions, cleaned & roughly cut
- 2 Serrano chiles, seeded, roughly cut

- 1 head of garlic, cleaned
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 chipotle peppers [optional]

Throw all the ingredients into a food processor. Hit pulse four times and you are done. Serve with corn chips as an Appetizer; or as a garnish for Tacos, Burritos, etc.
