We celebrated our last night in New York by dining at the Charthouse restaurant in Fort Plain with the entire Buddle clan. The food was not only delicious, it was BIG. Would you look at that 3-1/2 inch Prime Rib that Homer is attacking. I've cooked roasts smaller than that . . .
