Our mission was to see the Statue of Liberty . . . 2 subway transfers and a ferry ride later we finally had her in sight. Homer really has a nose for the subway, he did fantastic! Due to the September 11th Terrorist Attacks and the tight security, we could only view the Statue of Liberty from the Staten Island Ferry. It never looked more beautiful!
